Course Description

Alex works with a cutting-edge model that will take the you to the depth of your mind to find the hidden blocks to success and creative genius.

You'll be guided and facilitated to explore your mind to gain understanding and to transform blocks and patterns that are no longer working for you. This process will help you to:

Release the blocks impeding your inner creative

Gain insights on your creative process

Free yourself of self-limiting beliefs

Recognise self-attack and change this pattern

Identify and transform the hidden daemons that take you so off-track

By the end of the course you will leave with the tools and awareness to continue the work begun on the course. You will feel free of self-limiting beliefs and be more inspired, passionate and excited by your work.


Arrival Day - this is the first date listed above

Courses start early evening. Residential students to arrive from 4pm, non-residential students to arrive by 6.45pm.

6.45pm: Welcome, followed by dinner (included).

8 - 9pm: First teaching session, attendance is essential.

Daily timetable

Classes 9.15 - 5pm, lunch is included.

From 6.30pm: Dinner (included for residential students).

Evening working - students may have access to workshops, but only with their tutor's permission and provided any health and safety guidelines are observed.

Last day

Classes 9.15am - 3pm, lunch is included.

Residential students are to vacate their rooms by 10am please.

Course Materials


  • On this course the tutor will supply some of the materials including any worksheets, a small notepad and pencil.

What students need to bring

  • Preparation: start working on what you would like to change over the two days.
  • Also bring:
  • Bottled water
  • Dress in layers - bring an extra layer for warmth
  • A cushion for the chair for extra comfort

Alex Patchett-Joyce

Alex worked in the City for over 20 years as a ship broker and later management roles at a multi-national company. In 2004 Alex achieved MA in Conservation Studies at West Dean College, before running her own successful conservation studio, and working for the National Trust.
