Describe your approach to teaching
My approach is to allow students to experiment and push techniques within the course framework.  I wish to provide a grounding of good technique and let students take it where they desire.

What inspires your own work?
My work is inspired by a desire to capture light on the coastline or landscape. I am constantly pushing my practice to better capture the atmosphere and sense of place.
