West Dean Gardens in spring offer a myriad of opportunities to look closely at nature - such as trees, textures, flowers, fractals, moss and water. Combine the natural grain in wood with spirited cutting to create lively woodcuts.


Merlyn Chesterman

Merlyn Chesterman, a woodblock printmaker, graduated from Bath Academy of Art, Corsham. She is a Member of the Royal Society of Painter-Printmakers.
