Create individual jewellery and designs as you develop your ideas through drawing, and are guided to realise your jewellery in three-dimensions. Techniques are demonstrated according to your needs. Beginners will be given a set project of making a simple ring to introduce the basic techniques of working with silver.
Please note: if you would like to make small silver items, you should book onto a one day silversmithing workshop (found in the Metal category).
What you can achieve on a day workshop will depend on your experience and the complexity of your idea. If you would like to discuss your idea prior to booking with the tutor, please email bookingsoffice@westdean.ac.uk.
Timetable for one day courses
