Tim Plunkett -

With a BSc in environmental science and involvement in direct action opposing the destruction of ancient forests and cultures, it is important to Tim that all his work is made from locally sourced wood. Entirely self-taught through trial (and often painful error) Tim strives to produce elegant, functional pieces with graceful uncluttered lines, for the kitchen and table.

Tom Aylwin Contour Boxes -

Each Contour Box is a fascinating fusion of map data and craftsmanship. The base is made by hand and has wooden hinges to support the top. The top is carved by a CNC machine working with map data from the chosen area. The challenge, and what takes time, is understanding the area in question - its relief versus the area requested and framing the area so the landscape looks 'right'.

Vicky Oldfield -

Vicky is a printmaker inspired by collections of found objects and natural forms; she is fascinated with the structure and design found in flowers and plants, often redrawing the same plant many times over. Still lives often incorporate seedpods, grasses, bottles and bowls collected on walking and sketching trips. Each piece tells a story using collage and drawing, referencing a memory, time or place.

Organic and ornate, spontaneous and stylised, Vanessa Hogge’s decorative wallflowers bring a unique textural and visual dimension to any wall or table. Working in earthenware and porcelain, Vanessa crafts her one-off flowerheads in her studio in East London. Grounded by years of expertise as a ceramicist, she takes an instinctive, visceral approach to each piece, painstakingly sculpting every petal and anther by hand so that no two flowers are identical.
