Mark is Subject Leader of Creative Writing and Publishing at West Dean College of Arts and Conservation.

Mark Radcliffe has had two novels published; Gabriel's Angel (2010) which was longlisted for the Not the Booker Prize, and Stranger than Kindness (2013). His third novel, The Library of Love, was published by Bluemoose in August 2019.

He has a collection of short stories called Superpowers being published by Valley Press in Spring 2019. Mark has a PhD in Creative Writing and Philosophy (University of Sussex) and an MA in Creative Writing Writing (UEA). He is an experienced tutor at graduate and undergraduate level and has been awarded and nominated for several teaching awards.
