Describe your approach to teaching:
I offer professional advice and guidance, as well as creating a supportive workshop environment to reflect the collaborative and performative nature of writing for theatre and an audience.

What inspires your own work?
I have been writing for thirty years, with subjects ranging from the first woman in space, to the spice trade of the seventeenth century, to an old woman falling over and meeting her younger self.
I love to tell untold stories and to find theatrical and magical ways to tell that story.
