Describe your apporach to teaching:
I encourage students to experiment with colour and texture, using unusual tools and approaches, to unleash a sense of freedom and unbounded mark making. This facilitates a greater enjoyment and playfulness, building confidence to push the boundaries of practice.

What inspires your own work?
I am inspired by colour and form, particularly the emotional resonance I experience when absorbed in the landscape. I work intuitively, allowing all that I have seen and captured to memory find its own way onto the canvas.
