Describe your approach to teaching
Through my teaching, I strive to encourage my students to develop an understanding of the ancient rules of mosaics while appreciating the joy and versatility of mosaics as a medium.

What inspires your own work?
I am endlessly inspired by the ingenuity, wit, brilliance, and beauty of mosaics from the ancient world, especially those from North Africa.
