Describe your approach to teaching.
I teach skills that build confidence to inspire and stimulate an
individual language of drawing. Within a supportive framework the
course aims to be encouraging, challenging and crucially, highly
rewarding.
What inspires your own work?
Fascinated by decorative motifs and colour and how they map layers
of space. Whether it's Henri Matisse or Mona Hatoum I'm interested
in artists who explore a 'sense of place'.
