Tom Brown

Having worked at RHS Wisley Gardens for 10 years, latterly running the plant and vegetable trials, Tom became Head Gardener at Parham House in 2010. Parham boasts opulent herbaceous plantings, cut flower and vegetable areas and an extensive fruit collection. He is a regular contributor on BBC Radio Sussex and Surrey, a member of the RHS Herbaceous Committee and an RHS Show Judge.

My approach to teaching is based on an understanding of how a garden works, we'll look at practical tips and ideas, helping you avoid those pitfalls and achieving success.

I'm inspired by great plants, innovation and creativity in the garden. Using the right plants or techniques, we'll equip you to create something special.
