Describe your approach to teaching

My approach is to challenge convention and engage with new ideas about our world, from a personal level to a global one. I try to show that there are many pieces to this jigsaw and that the way we have them arranged now may not be giving us the right picture.

What inspires your own work?

I have a deep-seated concern for the world, and for humanity’s place within it. I like to make a difference, in large or small ways, to ecologies, microclimates and people’s reaction to them. I want to initiate change and adaption to climate change.
