Rose Robson

Rose Robson is an artist who draws and makes swarm-like sculptures out of a range of taxidermy bird skins*. The sculptures have a consistent otherness to them placing them beyond our experiences of everyday life.

Rose has exhibited in New York, Denmark, and London, and has been featured in Vogue, The Guardian, FT How To Spend It, and The Independent. Rose studied Fine Art at Central Saint Martins and completed her Masters at Chelsea College of Art. Rose has been teaching taxidermy short courses at West Dean College since 2014.

*All birds used are ethically sourced and a by-product of the meat industry, and are considered pests or roadkill.
