Zoran Dukic

Zoran Dukić is one of the most distinguished classical guitarists of our time. In his ‘tour de force’ competition years he won an astonishing number of competitions, including both “Andres Segovia” competitions and other competitions dedicated to Sor, Ponce, Falla, and Tarrega. As winner of Madrid’s “Guerrero” competition, patronised by the Royal Family, he was the first non-Spaniard to be awarded the prize for the best interpretation of Spanish music.

His performances across five continents have included recitals at Carnegie Hall, Tchaikovsky Hall, Palau de la Musica, and the Concertgebouw, leaving long-lasting impressions on audiences and critics alike.

He tutors at the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague and is visiting artist at Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.

Zoran Dukić will be performing as part of the West Dean International Classical Guitar Festival in August 2020. Find out more.
