Approach to teaching

I integrate both the ancient and modern in my own works and bring traditional miniature painting to life for a wider audience as an artist, educator and curator.

Inspiration

I have a deep commitment to paint’s magical fluidity and want to energise the great painting traditions of Western oil painting, Persian and Indian miniature painting and Chinese ink painting.
