Approach to teaching: I love to teach and have a hands on approach,
as it is one thing to see what is happening but to actually feel
the clay move is vital. Everyone's style is individual and I like
to find the best way for each student rather than prescribe a set
of rules.
Inspiration: The Sea and the sublime experiences of its
uncontrolled ever changing condition are the fundamental of my
work. Also techniques, glazes and colour all have a part in
creating work; it has to be dynamic, sensual and tactile.
