Describe your approach to teaching:
I think of learning as an organic process, where mistakes are as important as successes. I aim to create a safe, welcoming environment where everyone can test, discover and enjoy without the fear of ‘getting it wrong’.
What inspires your own work?
I explore the edge-lands and wildernesses of my home county, investigating their ability to raise memories and spark imagination, allowing remembered films and childhood dreams to mix with the Essex landscape.
