She teaches textiles as well as watercolour and mixed media painting and printing.

Describe your approach to teaching.

My approach to teaching is that anyone can learn – and to make it fun and enjoyable. I like to encourage my students to be the best they can be. I have taught all ages, from children with special needs to senior citizens.

What inspires your own work?

I am inspired by natural forms, architecture, and techniques such as origami (paper folding) and Shibori (fabric manipulation).
