Describe your approach to teaching.
I like to create a relaxed environment, where the emphasis is on playfulness. Whilst I guide students with demonstrations and practical advice, each aspect of the course serves as a springboard for individuals to experiment and find their own direction. I support each student, to allow them to build on their skills and confidence.

What inspires your own work?
I draw inspiration from all sorts of places, but often return to memories; real or imagined, often looking at familiar shapes, forms, and printed patterns.
