Kevin Dutton

Kevin Dutton studied at Bretton Hall College in Yorkshire and has over 20 years' experience as a professional photographer. He has worked in the UK and abroad for a variety of editorial, design and business clients including the RHS, The Sunday Times, BBC, HarperCollins and as a tutor at the Victoria and Albert Museum. He produces images of the plants and flowers he grows in his garden and allotment in South London. His limited edition photographic prints are exhibited and collected worldwide.

How would you describe your approach to teaching?

"Whatever their starting point, I want all my students to feel that they've learned useful new skills and are filled with confidence and enthusiasm for their next creative project."

What inspires your own work?

"My subject, plants and the natural world, and other artists, their effort and commitment."
