John Nash

John is a semi retired farm manager with over fifty years experience in Fruit Growing.
As a town bred lad he was introduced into Agriculture via the Wilderwick College training programme that was introduced in the late fifties.

He was a Ministry of Agriculture training instructor and is the current President of the West Sussex Fruit Group. He has taken part in the BBC farming diary programme and on ITV in fruit growing in Sussex. Up to his retirement he was a member of the Institute of Horticulture.

Approach to teaching:
I like good student participation in his talks and find great satisfaction in passing on my knowledge to other potential growers.
