Describe your approach to teaching:

My teaching methods are designed to allow students to work to their maximum capability whatever their level.
I encourage students to design, prepare and carve their ideas but offer support at all stages of the process. I demonstrate techniques both individually and in a group regularly and as necessary throughout the course.
My aim is to allow students to fully explore their potential in a relaxed and engaging atmosphere.

What inspires your own work?

My work is inspired by landscape, words and the human form and is often a response to poetry or conversation
