Describe your approach to teaching:

My teaching approach is led by my enthusiasm for the subject and my own practice as an artist. I work one to one with individuals to encourage an exploration of media and technique to express their ideas.

What inspires your work?

Travel and the experiences of different cultures and the natural world are a main influence and I work from a mixture of memory and observed elements collaged together. I explore mixed media which involves painting, printing, and collage with a main interest in colour, pattern and texture and the layered surface.
