Describe your approach to teaching:
My approach is to help "light the blue touchpaper" which sends
the creative fireworks into orbit. I can people to see both their
big vision and the small next step and help to 'translate' business
concepts in a way that is accessible by using metaphor, analogy and
imagery. I work to each person's strengths and am committed to
supporting them in finding their own solutions. I also have the
desire that people discover that the skills and imagination which
feed their creative work can also be used to be successful in other
areas of their professional lives.
What inspires your own work?
My own work is inspired by my belief in the importance of the
arts, and my own creative practice of dancing the Argentine Tango,
an improvised dance which enhances and contributes to my coaching
style.
