Describe your approach to teaching:

I enjoy teaching enormously hoping to pass on my passion for textiles, print, stitch and mixed media. I encourage individual approaches to the same process through plenty of 1-2-1 tutorial support whilst ensuring technique is clear to all.

What inspires your own work?

The focus of my current work is the effects of dementia on memory and identity using mixed media to reflect repetition, fragmentation and loss. I often employ personal imagery and language to convey the generic.
