About this course

Using traditional nomadic feltmaking techniques, explore how you can use colour and pattern to make a unique hand rolled wool felt fabric from vivid richly dyed wool to display on a wall, floor or in a doorway.


Victoria Brown

Victoria is a tutor with 30 years experience teaching millinery, feltmaking and Fine Art. She trained at Goldsmiths College, London College of Fashion and RCA. She has designed hats for Jean Muir. She was a pioneer of feltmaking in the 1980's,and has exhibited her work from Philadelphia to Kirgizstan, has work in the V&A fashion collection and written two books.
