Twined knitting (or tvåändsstickat) creates characteristically warm garments with distinctive textural stitch patterns and is an ideal base for tufting and fringing.

Lucinda Guy

Lucinda is a knitwear designer-maker and author of ten knitting and crochet books.

She studied constructed textiles and is currently specialising in traditional Northern, Scandinavian and Baltic hand knitting, knotting, nålbindning and crochet techniques. She travels regularly to Scandinavia researching these techniques and has taught workshops in the US and the UK.
