Course Description

The tutor works with a cutting-edge model that will take you to the depth of your mind to find the hidden blocks to success and creative genius. You will be guided and supported to explore your mind to transform blocks and patterns that are no longer working for you. This process will help you to:

Release the blocks impeding your inner creative

Gain insights on your creative process

Free yourself of self-limiting beliefs

Recognise self-attack and change this pattern

Identify and transform the hidden daemons that take you so off-track

This course is for artists, writers and makers at all levels from students to emerging artists and established practitioners. It is about making it easier for you to enjoy your creative skills, and increasing confidence in your own success.

By the end of the day, you will leave with the tools and awareness to continue the work begun on the course. You will feel a greater sense of freedom and confidence, and be more inspired, passionate and excited by your work.


Timetable for one day courses

Students should arrive by 9am for registration.

Classes are from 9.15 - 5pm

Lunch is included.

What students need to bring

  • Bottled water
  • Dress in layers – bring an extra layer for warmth
  • A cushion for the chair for extra comfort
  • Be willing and open to change.
Wear appropriate clothing/aprons for the workshop or studio, this includes stout covered footwear i.e. no open-toes or sandals. Safety boots, if specified.


Alex Patchett-Joyce

Alex worked in the City for over 20 years as a ship broker and later management roles at a multi-national company. In 2004 Alex achieved MA in Conservation Studies at West Dean College, before running her own successful conservation studio, and working for the National Trust.
