About this course

Get your vegetable patch ready for a fantastic summer crop by learning what to plant out in spring. Through demonstrations and lectures Tom will talk about various gardening methods to help make your vegetable garden more successful and fruitful.

Tom Brown

Having worked at RHS Wisley Gardens for 10 years, latterly running the plant and vegetable trials, Tom became Head Gardener at Parham House in 2010. Parham boasts opulent herbaceous plantings, cut flower and vegetable areas and an extensive fruit collection. He is a regular contributor on BBC Radio Sussex and Surrey, a member of the RHS Herbaceous Committee and an RHS Show Judge.
