It's getting hot, hot, hot!

With Chilli Fiesta set for the weekend things are getting exciting! A range of fun activities and more than 140 stalls are going to be at the festival to entertain you. So, come and fill your weekend with fun…

Do you enjoy cooking and using interesting ingredients? If you can handle the heat of the kitchen, Chilli Fiesta is the place to be this weekend. With plenty of opportunities to taste the hot, hot, hot chilli-related recipes and products at the festival, there are also cooking demonstrations to engage your fiery fetish for food.

At the 21st West Dean Chilli Fiesta, we have cooked up a storm with a fabulous line up of chefs and personalities ready to serve something hot at Chilli Fiesta 2016.

Cook Rosemary Moon, ITV Lorraine's resident chef Dean Edwards, celebrity Caribbean chef Rustie Lee and Indian cookery expert, Anjula Devi, know all about what's best to entice the taste buds with a wide range of expertise and knowledge on all things chilli and delicious. Don't miss out on the different demonstrations and talks throughout the festival weekend… It's your chance to get some tips on how to turn up the heat in your own kitchen through their sumptuous suggestions.

The African Chef, Malcom Riley, will also be cooking up a feast and adding to the heat of Chilli Fiesta in the Cookery Theatre on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Cocktail tasters, gardening tips, unusual flavours and all things CHILLI!

Gardener and award-winning writer Mark Diacono will be running a Q and A session on Sunday 7 August, providing opportunities for you to grow in your knowledge of gardening and food. Mark grows a wide range of produce at his smallholding Otter Farm including chocolate vines, dwarf kiwis and Japanese wineberries to name just a few.

Don't miss out on some cocktail tasters, information on the more unique and unsual flavours grown by Mark, and his enthusiasm for gardening and food combined!
