The hugely popular West Dean Fine Art Summer Show will be open to the public from Saturday, July 2 – Friday, July 8 2022 between 10am-5pm at West Dean College of Arts and Conservation (near Chichester, West Sussex). 

Each year the work of the Fine Art students’ Summer Show goes on tour. This year, a selection of work from Fine Art students at West Dean College will be exhibited at Copeland Gallery, part of the thriving creative community at Copeland Park, London (Unit 9I, Copeland Park, 133 Copeland Rd, London SE15 3SN). The free exhibition will run from Friday, July 16 to Sunday, July 25, 2021 between 1-7pm, with a preview on Thursday, July 15 between 6-8pm, where there will be an opportunity to meet the artists.

West Dean College of Arts and Conservation is pleased to announce that Alec Stevens will be its first remote Artist-in-Residence. The residency, which has come about as a result of lockdown, will run throughout the summer and see Alec explore digital technologies to make a new body of work. With funding from Arts Council England and support from the Pervasive Media Studio at the Watershed in Bristol, Alec will be working from his studio to look at how technology can make the viewing experience more participatory and interactive for an online audience.
 

Students on the Fine Art programmes at West Dean College of Arts and Conservation are hosting their annual Summer Show exhibition online this year. This is the first time they will be presenting their work on a new website, dedicated to the graduating class of 2020, and launched on Monday, July 13, 2020.

West Dean College of Arts and Conservation announces Renee So as Artist-in-Residence in 2019. The three-week residency in May 2019 will support a solo exhibition of So's work at the De La Warr Pavilion in Autumn 2019.
