Pumpkins at West Dean Gardens for Halloween

Press Release: Haunting Halloween Half Term Fun at West Dean Gardens

Join the spooky Halloween fun at West Dean Gardens near Chichester between Thursday, October 31 - Sunday, November 3, 2019. Visitors are encouraged to follow the Halloween Trail through the award-winning Gardens to explore the magnificent setting. The trail, which is suitable for children aged 3-12yrs, allows visitors to locate 11-12 points around the gardens where clues can be found and collected to produce an answer. Children who complete the trail will get a mouth-watering chocolate prize.

Visitors can also make spooky Halloween paper bunting with artist and West Dean College of Arts and Conservation short course tutor, Tracey Bush.

See the Spring Garden, Pergola and surrounding landscape, transformed by glorious autumn colours as you explore. Perfect for boosting energy levels before or after the Halloween Trail, the Gardens Restaurant offers delicious freshly prepared breakfast (from 9am at weekends), lunches and afternoon tea. Children's meals also available.

Entry to the Halloween Trail is £5 for children and adults pay standard entry price.
