You are eligible for one stamp for every complete £100 you spend on fees (including cancellation protection and accommodation) for each individual West Dean College short course. Once you have collected 10 stamps, you may exchange your completed card for a £100 voucher to be redeemed against a future course.

You must have applied for and received your card prior to attending a course, in order to receive your stamps
Each card must be in the name of an individual. Cards cannot be held by organisations, companies or partnerships.
Stamps are awarded to the course attendee, regardless of who paid for the course.
You must bring your card and booking confirmation with you as proof of the total course cost during you course attendance for stamping, and present both to student reception during your course attendance for stamping. During busy periods, it may not be possible to stamp your card at the time of arrival and registration. In these circumstances, please return at another time during your course attendance.
Stamps will not be awarded retrospectively if you forget to bring both the card and booking confirmation to reception during the course to which this confirmation relates.
Each booking confirmation may only be used once for the purposes of claiming stamps.
The card must be completed within five years of issue. If the card is not completed by the expiry date, no credit can be awarded.
The £100 voucher must be redeemed within one year of issue.
It is your responsibility to safeguard your card. No credit can be awarded for lost or stolen cards.
It is your responsibility to safeguard any vouchers awarded in exchange for completed cards. No credit can be awarded for lost or stolen vouchers.
The scheme is not available to employees of The Edward James Foundation Ltd or any of its trading subsidiaries.
The scheme is not available to students registered on a West Dean College diploma, MA programme, BCM or PCIP course.
West Dean College reserves the right to exclude any individual from the scheme, if it considers that individual has attempted to abuse the scheme. The decision of West Dean College is final in such cases.
West Dean College reserves the right to withdraw the scheme at any time. Appropriate compensation will be made for part completed cards.
At this time, vouchers earned through the scheme may only be redeemed via postal bookings.
