Dr Edward Winters
Dr Ed Winters is a specialist in the aesthetics of the Visual Arts and a practising artist. He has both an M Phil and PhD in Philosophy, having studied at Portsmouth Polytechnic, the Slade School of Fine Art, Birkbeck College London and University College London. Dr Winters was a Senior Lecturer in Aesthetics at the University of Westminster before joining West Dean and his research interests include representation, imagination, painting, architecture, philosophy of mind and Wittgenstein.

Marcus Rees Roberts
Marcus Rees Roberts read English at Cambridge before taking postgraduate study in Film Theory at The Slade School of Fine Art. He then took a further postgraduate programme in Print-Making. He has taught at The Slade and was Head of Print-Making at Edinburgh College of Art. He now makes paintings, prints, artists' books and short films. He exhibits regularly in Britain and in the United States. He is represented by Pratt Contemporary Art.
