Learn about the function of joints in the construction of furniture and make your own hardwood samples, choosing from among the many types introduced on this course. You use hand tools and light machinery. Drawing skills and techniques for gluing and finishing are also taught. This course is an optional link between Parts 2 and 4 of this series.
