Wholly Herbs 22 & 23 May 2010
Herbs have been cultivated for thousands of years for both culinary and medicinal purposes. Today, these fragrant and flavourful plants still play an important role in the kitchen garden. Window boxes, containers and tiny plots can provide you with enough herbs to use fresh, frozen or dried.
West Dean Gardens' Wholly Herbs show is a celebration of the not-so-humble herbs in all their diversity. Over 40 specialist stallholders will be selling a huge range of herbs, herb-related goods and gifts alongside herb growing and cooking demonstrations at this year's show. NEW for 2010: demonstrations on how to make herbal potions...
