Timothy O'Rouke

TIM O'ROURKE was born into a brewing family and travelled the world setting up breweries including small scale breweries in Canada, UK and the Falkland Islands, before joining Courage at Reading. An early pioneer of The Beer Academy, Tim is particularly interested in beer and food matching.
