They will be encouraged to try out new recipes, to use seasonal ingredients in their baking and to try different techniques. I will share helpful tips and advice for better baking and improved results.

Some teaching will be through demonstrating, some through hands on practising and helping students on a one-to one basis.

My love of baking and enthusiasm to get others enjoying baking and making it a part of their life.
