Fees
The course fees are listed as part of the main course details. The fees include course tuition, lunch, tea and coffee, and the use of all the College Facilities, including the workshops, the computer suite and the library as well as access to West Dean's Gardens. Most courses start early evening and the fee includes dinner on the first evening.
Bursaries
Funding is available for a number of places on residential and non-residential courses.The courses all benefit from our low staff to student ratio (usually one to seven), excellent facilities and an entrancing atmosphere which will provide inspiration and motivation for anyone looking to develop their skills.
The bursaries are open to undergraduates, recent graduates or students who are about to go into Higher Education (aged 18 – 30), who feel they would benefit from an opportunity of working with a practising artist or craftsman.We are also offering 50% bursaries for art teachers and lecturers at schools, FE and HE.

16-18 year olds (accompanied by an adult) are able to attend West Dean College short courses, taking advantage of our low staff to student ratio, excellent facilities and creative atmosphere which all help will provide you with inspiration and motivation for your studies.
